Guess I'll have to wait until Hyundai figures out a way to ship an SD card at a more reasonable rate. Meanwhile, I'll continue to use 20 year old Garmin Nuvi 1390. If I were purchase another automobile with a navigation system, it will have to be Garmin based.

Please note that the cost of shipping is set and determined by FedEx, we have no control over what FedEx charges to ship the updates. Your shipping options are a scam. I just paid the same amount for a small box across the country.. You are profiting from charging outrageous shipping options.

And then one of you admins comes along with patronizing comments about not controlling cost. You guys have had more than enough time to get your ‘issue’ corrected with the USPS to offer realistic shipping. But you conveniently never fix it and expect us to overpay on shipping. I’ve been watching this thread for ages and it’s just always the same lame answers.

I think it might be time for a report to the BBB. It's obvious by now that they have no intentions of ever "looking into a USPS account", and they never did. They will keep doing this until they are forced to stop.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on our forum. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the shipping methods provided. FedEx sets and determines all the prices for shipping, we do not have any control over the shipping costs. If it was possible to ship via USPS then we would be shipping via USPS, but at this time only FedEx is available for shipping. If you are not happy that we have no control over this fact, then you are more than welcome to contact FedEx or Kia and see if they can assist you further about shipping prices. I apologize that stating the fact that FedEx sets and determines the prices of shipping came across as patronizing. Unfortunately, regardless of opinions on the matter, the fact remains that FedEx sets and determines the prices for shipping. The majority of people would not understand the process of acquiring shipping contracts unless they also have an internationally sized company. If USPS becomes an option for shipping in the future then we will use USPS, until then, we can only ship via FedEx. If you would like further information please contact customer care or FedEx in regards to the price of shipping since we will not be able to assist.

I try to order the latest v16, the check out stuck at first step. When I select my address, shipping method and click next, the waiting icon keep turning. I wait for half an hour and it still turning, refuse to go into next step. Please fix it.
