Why did you have to make this so incredibly difficult? I've literally spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to update the damn GPS on my 2014 Kia Sportage to 1412S3, from 106S08, and your website is entirely non-functional. Thank you, I really appreciate you wasting my time. I realize this might be because you're about to release v15, but if that is the case, don't you think it would have been wise to tell your customer that on the front page? This is basic block and tackle stuff, why do you have to make things so incredibly difficult to accomplish, I think my next car is going to be from one of your competitors. I updated my car to 106S08 several years ago, that was easily, but now I can't even purchase the damn software to update to 1412S3. Absolutely ridiculous.

ditto for my '14 cadenza. at least give us access to the prior version. that can't be too difficult now can it? most software companies make prior versions available for some period of time as new versions are realized. since mine requires them to ship an sd card, i'm okay with paying NOW for that prior version, and i'll pay again when the new one is available too. considering going back to toyota when it comes time to replace the cadenza. toyota doesn't mess around with their loyal customers.

Hello, We are sorry that you have been inconvenienced due to the update not being available for a couple weeks. We are working to release them as soon as possible, sadly there were delays in shipping from Korea that have caused these serious delays in our release. We are slowly releasing the updates on our website as they become available to us. We estimate to have the majority of vehicles loaded to the site by mid May.
