Please follow this link on how to get the SW ver. I understand the download is only available to certain model years and others need a physical SD card shipped and inserted, but can you provide a reason why? Surely the capability is there to download an updated version to my existing SD without waiting for the new one to arrive.

The decision for download/free update availability is coming from Hyundai, Genesis, and KIA Corporation, not Hyundai AutoEver. As you may notice the current map & software update is the global offering thru the manufacturer website (instead from Hyundai AutoEver website). Please call the manufacturer customer care for any concerns you may have about the map & software update availability options.

If you like the looks of your display and instrument panel and ease-of-use do not, I repeat do not under any circumstances install this new update. It is garbage!!!!!

@David, we understand that the current update for your vehicle may not to your liking, but rest assure that we are capturing customer feedbacks and will do our best to make any necessary improvement/correction. We notice that you also post at the Palisade 3 ways splits topic and we believe that post has the better potential for HMC to act. Thank you.

I don't see updates for the 2021 Telluride. Is that because it doesn't need it or it is not available? Also, can the navigation (maps) just be updated but leave the rest of the radio settings intact so that it still has the three split screen functionality and doesn't mess up the Sirius/XM display?
