Bought a new phone and paired it with my K900. There is no option to unpair or remove the old phone I do not have anymore. Using 2019 Kia K900 Map Update 1412UP5. Any advise is greatly appreciated

Hello, Assuming you are using version 14.10, you will need to press SETUP > then Device Connection Settings > then Device Connections (this will allow you to select the device to remove). On that same screen, you should see the menu to "Add or Delete" then follow the steps to delete the phone.

Hello, I do not have “Device Connection Settings > then Device Connections” at all. I do own a 2020 KIA Soul and there I do have the device connections setting but my 2019 K900 does not. There is no way to remove the old phone I do not have anymore. Any advise is very much appreciated.

The 2019 & 2020 KIA K900 use the same update, part# 1412UP5. If you updated both cars with the same part, you should have the same SW & MAP ver for both cars. Therefore your SETUP options should be the same. If that is not the case, please use our support form to get in-depth technical support or you may also call KIA customer care.

I do not have device connection settings on my 2019 Kia K900 but I do have it on my 2020 KIA SOUL like I wrote above. There is no way to remove a Bluetooth device on the 2019 K900 other than reset the whole system.

Our apology on the 2020 model misunderstanding, but if you go to the Setup screen you should be able to see the following:

If you cannot see the "Device Connections" on the Setup screen, we recommend for you to create a support ticket. Thank you.

I did contact the support, thanks for the link. I do not have the menu "Device Connections" instead I do have "Bluetooth Connections" and the phones are listed in there. I always can add a deceive but the option to remove a device is missing. Hope the support has any help, at least with the next update.

Ok, let's try another way. Please turn off your phone Bluetooth so no phone is connected to the head unit.
Go to the 'HOME' screen and click on the 'Phone' icon. You should be able to see the following screen except with 2 phones:

Please click on the 'Settings' to go to the 'Device Connections' screen and then click on 'Delete'.
You should be able to choose the phone that you want to delete.

Did exactly that, “Home” – “Phone” and both phones are listed there. I can ad phones but not delete them, there is simply no option for that. Clicking on “Settings” brings me to the same Bluetooth menu with no option to remove the phone either. I went to all the menu settings a few times and there is nowhere an option to remove a device, only reset the whole thing. On the other car, the 2020 Kia Soul there is a “Device Connections” setting with an option to add and remove devices. On the 2019 K900 there is only an option to add devices.

Hmm, that's very odd. Ok, since you already started a support ticket, we'll have you continue with our support team to investigate your situation.
