2019 K900 Navigation update 156UP5 Problem

Today 11/8 the updates 156UP5 for our 2019 K900 and 2020 Soul arrived as a download option. I used the "Navigation Updater" and it worked fine for the 2020 Kia Soul but does give an error code every time at 99% downloaded "ERR_DOWNLOAD_FAIL" Like I said, same Navigation Updater worked fine for the 2020 Kia Soul files meaning it has nothing to do with my firewall. Any advice is appreciated.

We would like to gather some additional information in order to look into this issue further. Please create a help desk ticket through the FAQ section.

I followed your advice and created a help desk ticket eight (8) days ago but unfortunately nobody cares to answer. I even followed up with my request but still no response... As of today, the November 2021 Map update for my 2019 K900 is still not downloadable but it was supposed to be available 11/8

Very sorry to see you make it very hard and time consuming for your customer just to get a map update and/or a simple question answered when submitting a support ticket.

It is December now and I am still not able to get a working November map update (released 11/8/21) for my 2019 K900 VIP. There was never an answer on the help desk tickets I created regarding this. I bought a luxury car, but I feel treated like an unwanted customer. Wondering what's the issue is?
