I don't know what company provides the Voice Recognition Software for Kia, but it's awful. It's not Siri, Alexa or Google.

Hello John, the navigation system uses either proprietary voice recognition software if using the steering wheel, or a cloud based program called Sound Hound if using the voice recognition on the rear view mirror.
