hello, i ordered an update for my hyundai genesis 2010 since may 04 and it was canceled. But I have not yet received the repayment. The order number is CHC2105031741100.

Hello, refunds typically take 5 business days, your refund was initiated after hours on the 5th, so you should receive it by the end of the day today, or tomorrow. If you do not, please submit a troubleshooting ticket through our FAQ section so we can keep your personal information private, but continue to investigate the issue.

In regards to refunds, business days may refer to Monday - Friday. However this may also be reflective to your banking establishment and their business hours.
