Please no spam/advertising/self-promote type of post. Please do not ask or give personal information such as email address or phone number with intend to connect or meet outside the forum. If you ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, please contact us via Chat portal or email to start the process. You will be required to return the wrong order and we will process the exchange order as soon as we received your return tracking#.

NEW EXCHANGE POLICY effective 10/15/2021

If you ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, please contact us via Chat portal or email to start the process. After we confirm that you have the wrong product, you will be required to return the order. We will process the new order after we received the return tracking# from you. Please do not return the order prior approval/confirmation from us.

We apologize, but we do not issue return label for the exchange or return for refund.
